SUMMARY:
Coordinates efforts for recruiting, schedules first and second interviews, and acts as a liaison between Senior Leaders and Recruitment specialist by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Confers center leadership to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills. |

Builds relationships with media to know sources for advertising. |
3 |
Oversees the entire hiring process and ensures that applications are prescreened on timely basis. |

Develops thorough understanding and knowledge of local labor market and creates strategy for branding Etech within qualified pool of applicants. |
5 |
Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. |
6 |
Initiates contact with candidates for specific job openings. |
7 |
Coordinates participation, sets up display, and works at job fairs, career fairs, and other recruiting events. |
8 |
Develops and maintains contacts with schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants. |
9 |
Makes public presentations at schools, organizations, and job fairs regarding the organization and opportunities. |
10 |
When directed, works with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates. |
11 |
Utilizes Internet online recruiting sources to identify current trends and strategies in Call Center recruiting and recruit candidates. |
12 |
Works with Recruiting Team to utilize existing team members for recruiting events. |
13 |
Ensures the recruiting team provides timely feedback to all applicants. |
14 |
Strives for processing improvements for recruiting and hiring functions. |
15 |
Turns over files and employment records to Human Resources for future references. |

Build strong relationships with Operations Sales Leaders and Center Director. |
17 |
Be open and responsive to consistent coaching, take an active role in performance planning and goal setting. |

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for supervising assigned recruitment specialists in the Recruiting Department.
Knowledge of:
Job openings for comparable positions and pay scales in market; Computer programs including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Access; recruiting strategies and current trends for Call Center Industry; Company policies and procedures as outlined in Employee handbook.
Ability to:
Research internet, publications and libraries for current Call Center recruiting information; Develop and maintain relationship with peers across departments; Multi-task, organize and prioritize changing work schedule to meet needs of department; Meet schedules and time lines regarding hiring practices; Effectively communicate both orally and in written form to positively promote Effective Teleservices, Inc.; Public speaking; travel for personal development or recruiting functions.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred; or related experience and/or training.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, press releases and newspaper ads, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Valid drivers’ license or other Government issued photo ID.
