Jayaprakash Bojan, Director Quality Assurance for Etech, Inc. manages the global quality assurance efforts of the organization. During his tenure with the company, Jayaprakash has also managed the India frontline operations team driving sales, revenue and customer satisfaction for several Fortune 500 clients in the role of Assistant Director of Operations.
He plays a critical role in defining and leading the quality assurance strategy and process improvement efforts of the organization across all of Etech's solution centers both in the U.S. and India. In his current role he leads a large team of Quality Assurance Leaders and Analysts focused on identifying opportunities and solutions to drive performance and revenue with the highest level of customer satisfaction for all of Etech's customers and partners.
Prior to his current role, Jayaprakash was Program Manager for Global Quality Assurance with Dell International services and was responsible for driving Dell consumer tech support customer satisfaction for all of Dell's outsourced call centre partners. He also managed a large 3rd party quality assurance team strategically involved in improving consumer tech support customer satisfaction for the partner solution centers.
Jayaprakash has also held several managerial positions with Convergys and AOL driving sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction for Fortune 500 clients.
