Javier Jiron brings more than 15 years of experience in the call center industry to his role as Director of Operations. Javier has dual experience in the client and the agency side of the business. He is responsible for the management of the bilingual center in Pasadena, Texas.
Prior to joining Etech in 2007, Javier served in the role of Operations Manager, Affiliate Relations and High Value Divisions at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where he supported customer relations and operation efforts throughout North America. These Divisions accounted for 80% of Wells Fargo's High Value customers and provided support to Mortgage consultants across the United States. He also focused on strategic corporate initiatives nationwide. Before joining Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, he managed call center operations at Dun & Bradstreet where he supported sales and data collection efforts. Additionally Javier supported diversity initiatives throughout the enterprise.
