Ashwini Kumar assumed the role of India Operations head in 2008 with the responsibility for Etech Inc.'s India centers operations. His directive is to continue to enhance the alignment between our client's and market needs to Etech's capabilities from a people, process and performance perspective.
Ashwini was instrumental in Etech's Baroda, Gujarat (India) contact center site start-up along with successful deployment of processes in India centers. He has experience of migrations and new business activities with BPO/KPO industry along with handling operations.
As a graduate of Science and a post graduate of Business Management, Ashwini's work history is rich with experience related to the BPO/KPO industry esp. in telecom and BFIS verticals in both voice and chat domains.
