Dilip Barot

Mr. Barot has hands-on experience of development, investment and management of over 7,000 residences over the past 12 years. His success has been published in national and international publications such as Forbes magazine - "Imported Entrepreneurs", Reader's Digest - "Keepers of the Dream" as well as chosen as a Finalist for the 2004 Corporate Stewardship Small Business award by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Barot also has an ongoing ambitious infrastructure technology project known as "InfoCity" which is a world class "Mixed Use Development" located in India with 10 million square feet under development. His vision of quality has helped to create a luxury oceanfront high-rise condominium "Amrit Resort and Residences" of which he has been and continues to be an integral part of every phase of this project.

Peter A. Luongo

Peter A. Luongo retired as President and CEO of The Berry Company in August 2003. His career at The Berry Company spanned more than 33 years. During his last nine years with the company, Peter was instrumental in guiding Berry through a period of record sales growth, numerous contract acquisitions and the perpetuation of the nearly 100-year-old company as an industry leader and "a great place to work."

Mitch Roth

Mitch Roth, Esq. is a partner in the business and communications practice groups of Williams Mullen. He is a recognized national authority on state and federal direct marketing laws. He counsels clients on developing effective marketing strategies to ensure compliance with telemarketing, email, fax, direct mail and internet marketing laws.

He also has a significant amount of experience in defending clients in state and federal regulatory enforcement proceedings which allege violations of direct marketing laws. Mr. Roth serves as outside general counsel to the American Teleservices Association, a national trade association dedicated to the teleservices industry, and is a frequent lecturer on legal issues affecting the direct marketing industry.
